For 1st Recipe:
* Macaroni (मैक्रोनी) – 1 Cup
* Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च)
* French Beans(फ्रेंच बीन्स)
* Carrot(गाजर)
* Corns(कॉर्न)
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* Chili Flakes (चिली फलैक्स)
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला)
* Salt(नमक)
* Fine Semolina(सूजी) – 3 Tbsp
* Curd(दही) – 1 Tbsp
* Salt(नमक)
* Water (पानी)
* Oil (तेल)
* Chili Flakes (चिली फलैक्स)
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
* Oil(तेल)
* Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)
For 2nd Recipe:
* Bread Slices (ब्रेड) – 4
* Butter(बटर)
* Tomato Ketchup(टोमेटो सॉस)
* Green chutney (हरी चटनी)
* Frozen Corns(फ्रोजन कॉर्न्स)
* Cottage Cheese(पनीर)
* Corns(कॉर्न)
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च)
* Onion(प्याज)
* Salt (नमक)
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Cheese(चीज़)
* Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)
For 3rd Recipe:
* Fine Semolina(सूजी) – 3 Tbsp
* Water(पानी)
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
* Salt(नमक)
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Carom Seeds(अजवाइन)
* Boiled Grated Potato(उबला आलू) – 1
* Oil(तेल)
* Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा)
* Oil (तेल)
For 4th Recipe:
* Soaked Oatmeal(भिगोया हुआ दलिया)
* Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च)
* French Beans(फ्रेंच बीन्स)
* Carrot(गाजर)
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च)
* Boiled Mashed Potato(उबला आलू) – 2
* Salt(नमक)
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर)
* Oil (तेल)
For 5th Recipe:
* Gram Flour(बेसन) – 1/2 Cup
* Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) – 1/4 Cup
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Salt(नमक)
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* Water(पानी)
* Onion(प्याज)
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च)
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा)
* Oil (तेल)
* Bread Slices (ब्रेड) – 1
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
For Macaroni Bite, take some boiled Macaroni & add some veggies and Spices & mix well. Then take some Semolina, Curd, Salt & Baking Soda & mix well. Then keep the appe mold on the flame, grease some Oil, put the Suji batter, Macaroni & again put some more batter. Then sprinkle some Chilli flakes & Coriander Leaves. Cover & cook for 5 minutes. Give it with fruits & Chutney in tiffin.
For Pizza Sandwiches, take some Bread, apply some Butter, Green Chutney & Tomato Ketchup. Then take some Cottage Cheese, Corn, Coriander Leaves, Geen Chilli, Onion, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Cheese, chopped Onion & Green Chutney. Mix well & make a sandwich. Give it with seasonal Fruits & Chutney in tiffin.
For Aloo Puri, in a bowl, take soaked Semolina, put boiled Potato, some spices & Wheat Flour & bind the dough with water. Make puries & fry them. Give it with Achar & Biscuit.
For Veg Daliya Cutlet, take soaked Dalia, add some Veggies, boiled Potato & some spices. Bind the dough & make tikkies. Shallow fry them & give with Chutney & Fruits.
For Eggless Omlete, take some Gram Flour, Wheat Flour, some Spices & chopped Veggies. Add some Water & make a batter. Then make Chilla as shown in the recipe & wrap it with the bread. Give with Chips, Fruit & Chutneys. In this way, 5 day Tiffin recipe will get ready at home.
