So much salt in packaged rice mix, canned soups, canned chicken………don’t need more salt. Read labels and talk about it to educate. There is a Reason why so many health issues in lower income people who eat cheap packaged foods
I have to tell you i made your sheet pan burgers last night and my husband loved them! He just went on and on!!😂😂😂 ( he usually does the burgers, but he worked late.lol) but he loved them in the oven.

TIP—Remove sausage from casing while meat cold or IDEALLY partially frozen to easily peel casing/intestines from sausage. And break up meat into chunks as it fries
