  10. I have been watching your recipes since the last few days, as we are slowly introducing millets in our lives and started to enjoy, like and relish them. We were also watching Dr Khader Vall’s videos, re benefits of millets namaste .
    Iam a little confused about the water that is being used for soaking the millets. He has advised to use that water for cooking. My doubt is if the water is used for cooking, how can we get rid of the phytic acid.?
    Also they say millets need to washed only once and that too very lightly.
    I would be highly obliged if you can clear my doubts and confusion.
