Excellent content as usual, two questions, where can I purchase this tape, I’ve had a quick search but don’t know it’s name (the good stuff not imposter rubbish), second, any advise on knuckle exercises, forefinger and middle finger, having used them for many years operating a brake lever, they frickin hurt like hell if I knock them and a dull ache otherwise, I still use them as brake lever fingers but less frequently as I age.

Ok , so this is really weird, but for some reason EVERYTIME I Get an injury . You guys post a video on that same injury that day. Like I slip on cat barf totoday and landed on my knees. Hurt like he’ll. It was burning and aching on the inside , but no blood or scratches on the outside.

Outside of the left knee kinda locks up while in the sitting position (as I stand) but lets go in 1 to 4 minutes. It fortunately doesn’t do this in the lying position…Probably a candidate to see the Dr.

I am having knee pain I’ve got the gel shots in both of my knees but my left knee is hurting it gets so stiff during the day I can’t walk properly I have to be dragging it but as the day goes it gets a little better but it still hurts I’m worried
