These red delicious apples are beautiful. The ones we are getting here in Barbados seem to be the last grade batch. I don’t buy them.

Nicole, wondering if you’ve made applesauce from the left over apples after making cider ? if Not, do you have an applesauce recipe from scratch ? Tho with alot less sugar !
peel & core, place peels in cheese cloth.. cooked apples r great as applesauce.
i used to drink yellowish and bright color apple cider (forget where i drink it)
maybe i would skip Cinnamon’s part….

If you had cored the apples, you could have used the pulp to make apple sauce.
