Himalayan Goji Juice

There are seven steps of Goji juice manufacturing process.

1. Selection

Vine-ripened, Himalayan-quality berries are meticulously harvested and classified according to Spectral Signature analysis.

2. Goji Berry Purification and Inspection

Himalayan goji berries are gently washed at a licensed, government-inspected juicing facility.

3. Goji Juicing Process

Cold pressed, the Goji berries are juices to a puree through a micro-fine screen to take out seeds and stems.

4. Goji Puree Analysis and Testing

Subjected to complete nutrient and microbiology examination, the Goji puree is analyzed for absence of pesticide residues.

5. Proprietary Chill-Blending

To preserve the balance and content of the active polysaccharides, the puree is mixed with natural ingredients utilizing exclusive recipe and proprietary chill-blending methods.

6. Cold-Fill Process of Himalayan Goji Juice

Himalayan Goji juice is cold-filled into expensive, plasticizer-free pharmaceutical bottles. This offers superior protection as compared to glass with no possibility of “leaching”.

7. Goji Juice Final Testing

Finished Himalayan Goji Juice is subjected to an exhaustive battery of tests, including polysaccharide analysis, full microbiological testing, and a final Spectral test.

Goji juice when opened should not be left out for any more than a couple of hours, the same steps you would take for any food or beverage that must be refrigerated after opened. Goji juice is different because it has never any added sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors or flavors.

Freshness preservation is required to keep Goji juice chill-blended product from spoiling. Less than one-tenth of 1% of naturally-derived sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate in Himalayan Goji Juice is used.

Potassium sorbate is the potassium salt of sorbic acid. Sorbic acid is a natural ingredient of many fruits and vegetables. Sodium benzoate is the sodium salt of benzoic acid. Benzoic acid is a natural component of berries. Both ingredients are two of the safest preservatives that can be used in food products. They are so safe that they are even on the FDA’s GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) list. The only way to totally avoid preservatives would be to hot-fill the Goji juicet in glass bottles. Hot filling would destroy our delicate active ingredients-the bioactive polysaccharides.
