Yogurt 1 cup
Green chilies 5
Mint leaves ½ cup
Fresh coriander ½ cup
Garlic cloves 6
Salt 1 tsp
Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chicken or undercut 250 gm
Cream 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Burger buns 3-4
Lettuce as required
Cucumber rings as required
Tomato rings as required


Make green chatni by putting yogurt, green chilies, mint leaves, fresh coriander, garlic, button red chilies, salt, cumin seeds and lemon juice, blend well and keep aside.


In a bowl, add green chili grinded, yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, crushed cumin seeds, allspice, salt, black pepper, mix well, add chicken boties, mix well, marinate for few mins. Heat fry pan, add ghee or oil, add marinated chicken, mix well, cook for 5 mins, cover and cook on low flame for another 5 mins until water dries. In a small bowl, add egg, salt and black pepper and beat well, on a tawa add ghee, add beaten egg, cook from both sides and keep aside. Then on tawa, add more ghee and toast your burger buns from both sides until light golden.

Take a bowl, add onion rings with chili powder, salt, coriander leaves and lemon juice, mix it well.


On burger buns spread green chatni, spread with omelette, malai chicken boti shredded, cheddar cheese slice, spicy onion rings, cucumber, on another top bun, spread with prepared green chatni.



Ingredients to Mix Together

Boiled baby potatoes 1 kg
Chili powder 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Orange red color ¼ tsp
Water ¾ cup
Other Ingredients
Oil ½ cup
Fresh green garlic ½ cup
Curry leaves 20
Salt 1 ½ tsp


Heat oil in a wok, put in curry leaves, boiled potatoes and the mixture of chili powders mixed with water, add salt, cook till thick masala left and well coated on potatoes. Lastly fold in green garlic, remove and serve.
