Sendha namak (Rock salt) as per the taste
1 small carrot, finely chopped (optional)
1 small tomato, finely chopped (optional)
Some fresh coriander, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
Oil for frying
For Pudina Raita-
1 cup fresh curd
Sendha namak to taste
¼ tsp. black pepper powder
½ tsp. mint leaves paste
