This is a sweet & gluten-free roti/dashmi recipe made using Rajgira (Amaranth) and Bhagar (Moraiyo/Sama rice) flour. This is widely eaten in Maharashtra during fasting. I have used milk to make this roti hence this last for 5-6 days.
Ingredients:
Rajgira (Amaranth) flour – 3/4 cup
Bhagar (Sama/Moraiyo) flour – 1/2 cup
Jaggery powder – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
