Rice 3 cups
Whole chicken 1
Green chili 8
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Coriander ½ bunch
Cumin 2 tsp
Bay leaf 2
Oil ½ cup
Soak the rice for half an hour. In the chicken add 2 cups of water, black pepper, salt and boil. Once it softens, switch the stove off. Heat oil and brown the onions. Then add ginger garlic paste, tomato, green chili, turmeric, cumin, and bay leaf. Once aromatic, add the chicken in and cook well, combining in the stock as well. Once it comes to a boil, then combine the rice as well and let cook. Let temper, once done add coriander and serve.
Milk 1 liter
Strawberry 250 grams
Sugar 1 cup
Strawberry custard 4 tbsp
Almonds (fried) ½ cup
Cream 1 packet
Biscuit crumbs 2 cup
Take ½ cup of sugar and make caramel. Cut the strawberries and add. Cook the milk on the stove and add in the remaining sugar stirring simultaneously. Now combine the strawberry custard in the milk and keep cooking until thick. Switch stove off and let cool. In the dish first add the biscuit crumbs. Then add the custard, and bananas, layering the cream on top. Garnish with almonds and raisins, then serve.
Bengan ka bharta
Baked mashed eggplants 4
Yogurt ½ kg
Roasted and crushed cumin 2 tsp
Thinly crushed green chili 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chopped garlic 2 tsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Chopped onion 1
Coriander as needed
Butter 50 grams
Heat the butter and add the chopped garlic in and fry. Now add salt, red chili powder, roasted and crushed cumin, salt, mashed eggplant, along with the spices and cook for 1 minute. Now garnish with yogurt, green chili, and coriander.
