Dum machli
Ingredients:
Fish ½ kg
Yogurt 250 grams
Tomato 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Fried onion 1 cup
Green chili 6
Red chili 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Curry leaves 6
All spice powder ½ tsp
Nutmeg ½ tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Coriander as needed
Method:
Wash the fish. In the yogurt add ginger garlic paste, cumin, nutmeg, salt, coriander powder, red chili, all spice powder and mix it with the fish and leave. Then in hot oil add the marinated fish, tomato, fried onion on high flame. Now add green chili, curry leaves, cumin, coriander and add tarka. Leave to temper for 5 minutes.

Egg paneer masala
Ingredients:
Egg 4
Cheese 200 grams
Onion 1 cup
Tomato 1 cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Asafoetida 1 pinch
Cumin 1 tsp
Cream ½ cup
Green chili 6
Coriander ½ bunch
Oil ½ cup
Method:
In hot oil fry the onions. Add all spices. Add tomatoes and cook well. Add the whisked egg and let cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Add leftover cheese. Add chopped coriander and chopped green chili. Lastly add cream.

Bengen methi
ingredients:
boiled eggplant ½ kg
fenugreek ½ kg
onion 4
cumin 2 tsp
garlic 1 tbsp
turmeric 1 tsp
salt ½ tsp
red chili 2 tsp
green chili 6
yogurt 250 grams
oil ½ cup
coriander ½ bunch
method:
boil the peeled and chopped eggplants. Brown the onions in hot oil and add garlic, cumin, turmeric, salt, red chili, fenugreek and cook. Now add the eggplant. Add yogurt, green chili, chopped coriander and leave to temper.
